Priority Builders Incorporated

Priority Builders Incorporated is a General Contracting Company involved in all phases of Residential and Light Commercial construction and remodeling. Our typical client will hire us to assist them with the project in it’s entirety from the design phase through landscaping. We are involved in all types of projects, from doing small upgrades on existing homes or buildings to the complete construction of small and large scale projects.

Everything we do reflects our triangle of three core priorities; Quality, Integrity, Performance. Our mission is to create buildings of exceptional quality that out perform conventional buildings both in durability and operation, and to be a trusted reliable team for our homeowners.

We accomplish this by working from a high level of standards, and not deviating from them for any reason. Additionally, all of the people involved in your project from PBI owners and employees to subcontractors believe in and support our mission.

PBI's Ownership Team

PBI is owned an operated by Damian and Toni Bautista, who make their home in Grass Valley, California located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. They share their home with two beautiful children and two rambunctious dogs, while enjoying a very active green lifestyle, spending as much time as possible enjoying life outdoors.

Damian Bautista has been involved in the building and construction industry since 1984. He has a passion for building in general, and especially in building green. His most outstanding attribute to building is his unwavering commitment to quality and performance. Damian is heavily involved in field operations and spends a large amount of his time out of the office, in the field, making sure that you are delivered a building that reflects our priorities. Damian is a Certified Green Building Professional through Build It Green.

Toni Bautista, Priority Builders, Inc. In addition to being heavily involved in the construction and building, Toni Bautista is a licensed Realtor, and lending specialist. She has lived in Nevada County for over 38 years. If you are starting from scratch, she will help you find and purchase the land to build your dream home on. Toni can help you navigate the confusing world of Real Estate and Construction financing, and make the process easy and enjoyable for you. Once the process has started, Toni’s talent for exterior and interior design and finish selection will help you add the personal touch and feel to your building that you are looking for.

Barron Bautista has been working for PBI for just over a year. His primary focus is jobsite cleanliness. Each day Barron is on duty the job is thoroughly inspected, and all food items, sticks, or other retrievable debris are eliminated.

Project Owners

As a project owner you are always well informed of your jobs' progress and budget. If you are located locally to your job, weekly job tours are performed where you are updated on the status of your project. If you are not locally available we communicate to you via e-mail and telephone, and will send you weekly digital photos of your projects progression. We encourage and welcome you to visit your project as often as possible, and will make arrangements to meet with you at your convenience. Whether you are located locally or not, if your comfort level is with updates at a frequency that is more or less than weekly, we will make the necessary adjustments to accommodate your wishes.

Our goal is your complete comfort and satisfaction with the construction process as much as the finished product.
