Priority Builders of Grass Valley and Nevada City, Nevada County Contractors, Certified Green Building, PBI

The Green Process

Green Building at PBI is not about mud huts or radically different buildings.  Green Building is conventional building taken to the next level.

The Keystone of Green Building is creating a higher quality, more durable structure that will last longer, and require less time, energy, resources, and money to maintain.

PBI starts the process by using high quality, stable, and durable materials to construct the home.  These materials perform better and stay true to their original state in all climate and use situations.  Form there we take great care to assemble the products correctly and efficiently.

All phases of work are inspected by either the owner of the company, or a field superintendent.  Any work that does not meet our standards of quality is corrected before the job proceeds.  The result of these efforts is a building that is superior in quality and durability.
